Covid-19 Update 31st March 2020
At Advanex Europe we have taken the key decision to temporarily shut down our manufacturing sites Advanex Europe Southwell and Advanex Europe Bilborough, for a full working week from Monday 13th April and we will re-open on the following Monday, the 20th April 2020.
Our production teams have been, and will continue to be, working around the clock to manufacture the medical device components so urgently needed at this critical time.
You are aware we are facing challenging times as the Coronavirus pandemic spreads around the country. As a company we are adhering to all the Government guidelines to keep our people safe while providing our customers with the vital components for medical delivery devices.
This temporary closure allows our teams time to restructure, train and organise to support customer demand and maintain production in the coming weeks. It also provides a practical opportunity for a thorough and full deep clean of our premises in order to maintain our safe and clean working environment.
Please contact our team if you have any concerns about how this may impact your orders, schedules or ongoing projects – we aim to minimise the disruption and will be in touch if this does directly affect your orders.
As this Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation changes we may have to take further actions in respect of Government announcements. We are in unprecedented times and these measures will allow us all to take a break and keep control of our business operations and support our customers in the coming months.
