Latest News
Welcome to our May newsletter... We hope you had a wonderful Easter and are looking forward to the Summer months ahead. We have had a great start to the year and our teams have been very busy working with our clients, attending shows and producing articles that will be published in the coming months. In this newsletter we have a look at the recent trip to the Wire Show in Dusseldorf, introduce Ian Beardsmore our Business Development Manager and take a look at what our teams have been up to across both sites.

Wire Show - Dusseldorf

Last month some of the Advanex team visited the Wire Show in Dusseldorf, Germany. Held every 2 years, The Wire Show attracts over 2,000 exhibitors and covered over 58,000 square metres of space. Visiting the show was a great way for the team to review developments with machinery, manufacturing technology and wire products. Our engineers and designers really enjoyed visiting and obtained a lot of thoughts and ideas for future development projects. Keeping abreast of industry developments is very important to us as we strive for continuous improvement across all areas of our operations.

The Advanex Europe team were joined by our CEO, Paul Kato along with Steven Shibano, Tommy Ohno and Billy Katagiri.

We are looking forward to a calendar full of other shows and similar activity for the rest of the year.

Business Improvement Success!

At Advanex Europe we make sure that all of our employees have undergone Business Improvement Training. This is an 8 week programme and includes working in teams on a project with a recognised business benefit on completion. Well done to the 3 teams who recently completed the training. The teams completed 3 fantastic projects that will have a significant impact on the business.

We use BIT Training to help develop our workforce and to identify areas for improvement in the business. For our employees, being involved with BIT Training helps them to learn new skills and work with team members from different teams. Commercially, we benefit from identifying ways to become more efficient and make cost savings.

Look Out For Advanex Europe In The Press...

Our engineers have been working on an article that looks at ways to reduce particulate which has become a key theme within the industry. The article looks at the recent developments in methods to reduce particulate in medical devices during assembly and production.

One of our articles will be published in Clean Room Technology very soon so watch out for this.
